1. Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 09 beat platform and all services under it. "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application and other digital channels of 09 beat. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

"We", "our" and "09 beat" all refer to the organisation that operates the platform. These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and Bangladesh law shall apply in the event of any dispute. Users who do not agree with these Terms are requested to refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on 09 beat, a user must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration — 09 beat reserves the right to cancel any account created on the basis of false information.
• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• A working mobile number and email address must be provided at the time of registration.
• Identity verification via OTP may be required.

2.1 Identity Verification

09 beat reserves the right to verify the identity of members at any time to ensure security and proper service. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. 09 beat reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or other services until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Recovery

If a member loses access to their account, it can be recovered by proving identity through the registered mobile number or email. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Keeping the password and login details confidential is mandatory. If any unauthorised use of the account is detected, 09 beat's support team must be informed immediately.

If a member shares their login details with anyone else or allows a third party to use the account without permission, the member concerned is liable for any loss arising from that. 09 beat will not bear any financial liability in such circumstances.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in on public devices or unsecured networks.
• Report any unusual activity on your account promptly.
• Do not close the browser without logging out.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

09 beat offers various bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. A 100% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x).

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit that earns a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000. To meet the wagering requirement on the bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may not be claimed more than once unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• The validity of a bonus is limited to the time period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• 09 beat reserves the right to forfeit a bonus if evidence of fraud or breach of terms is found.
• Bonuses may not be claimed through multiple accounts.

5.2 VIP Program

09 beat's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver and up to 1.0% for Gold. Cashback is applied at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

09 beat offers betting on cricket, football and other sports, as well as various casino games. Detailed rules apply to each game and betting category.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled or left unresolved, 09 beat will settle the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game, 09 beat reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
• Bets placed outside the designated time for a sports event may not be accepted.
• When odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.

6.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the outcome of each event depends on the official announcement by the relevant sporting authority. Bets generally stand even if a match venue changes. However, if there is a significant change to a match scheduled at a neutral venue, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.2 Live Casino and Slots

The RTP (Return to Player) rate in live casino and slot games depends on the software running the game. 09 beat does not guarantee the highest possible RTP — it is a long-term mathematical average only.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09 beat platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to gain bonus advantages (bonus abuse).
• Using any form of hacking, bots or automation tools on the platform's software or games.
• Conducting money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Collecting or using the personal information of other members.
• Any activity that could damage 09 beat's brand or business reputation.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, and the balance may be forfeited. 09 beat also reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

09 beat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• When required for a security or fraud investigation.
• At the member's own request.
• In the case of an inactive account (if the member has not logged in for an extended period).

A member will generally be given notice before their account is closed. However, in cases of fraud or breach of terms, the account may be closed without prior notice.

8.1 Closure at the Member's Own Request

Any member may close their account at will. To do so, please contact customer support via live chat or email. All pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed.

9. Responsible Gaming

09 beat believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial pressure or mental distress. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. We strongly recommend that members bet within their means.

In line with the Responsible Gaming Policy, 09 beat provides various tools — such as setting deposit limits, temporarily excluding yourself from the platform (self-exclusion) and setting betting limits.

• Never bet beyond your means.
• Avoid the urge to chase losses with more bets.
• Keep minors completely away from using your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 09 beat platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other materials — is protected by the intellectual property rights of 09 beat or the relevant third parties. No member or outside party may copy, distribute or use these materials commercially without prior written permission.

The game software and content used on the platform are subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective game developers. Nothing in these terms grants the user any ownership rights over that software.

11. Limitation of Liability

09 beat is not liable for any loss arising from the following circumstances:

• If a game or betting session is interrupted due to an internet connection failure.
• If loss occurs due to a fault in third-party software or services.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If game results are affected by unexpected technical issues.
• In force majeure situations (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

In any circumstance, 09 beat's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the user's original deposit held in their account at the time of the relevant event.

13. Changes to Terms

09 beat reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree with the revised terms, they should close their account and stop using the platform. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
